How would it feel to finally reduce your anxiety, improve your depression, and manage your ADHD & neurodivergence?

Nutrients, herbs, food, and lifestyle have a strong impact on our brain’s function but we also need to recognize the struggles of taking care of yourself on bad days.

I think of mental health nutrition in two ways:

  • how food can affect your mental health,

  • but also how mental health can affect what you’re eating.

Nutrients, herbs, food, and lifestyle have a strong impact on our brain’s function but we also need to recognize the struggles of taking care of yourself through the ups & downs. I’m here to help for all of it.

As we find manageable solutions to reduce anxiety, improve depression, strategize with ADHD and neurodivergence and learn to nourish your body and brain for your unique needs.

I would never say that I can “fix” these conditions, I think the way our brains work is amazing no matter what and we just need to support them. It doesn’t exist in a vacuum though- bring in your full support team!

Here’s how we can help:

  • Our mental health package consists of full well-rounded support and a whole lot of understanding your unique needs.

    It includes

-meal planning and recipes to meet your nutrient needs but also please your taste buds. Having recipes and kitchen support can be helpful for busy brains or for those low motivation and appetite days.

-discounts on supplements to help support your neurotransmitters and brain pathways

-access to your nutritionist for all the questions and wins and hopes

    Say goodbye to

-struggling in the kitchen because you can’t focus

-relying on comfort foods or skipping meals entirely because you don’t know what to eat

-Shame, guilt, and blaming yourself for not following a perfect diet or for struggling to know what to eat

Hi, I'm Lisa! Mental Health Expert & Functional Nutritionist.

In my work as a functional nutritionist I’ve heard too many clients say that they have a strained relationship with food or their body due to neurodivergence or mental health conditions that other providers don’t know how to work with or address. I passionately believe in the healing power of functional nutrition but it only works if approached with care, compassion, and respect for individuality- this includes how your brain works! That’s why I sought out specialized training in mental health nutrition, nutritional psychiatry, and support for neurodivergence. Also I am just super passionate and nerdy about learning.

Through my own health journey, I’ve seen how impactful food is on mental health. I’ve used healing practices to learn how to trust my body again, eat with abundance, and incorporate therapeutic nutrition, lifestyle habits, and positive psychology to re-establish neural networks and support positive mental health.

I believe in the same for you and will act as a guide to get you to where you want to be: trusting in your body again and on the way to feeling better.

If you’ve spent any time wondering how to help reduce your anxiety, depression, or work with your brain instead of against it, it’s time to find actual solutions.

If you’ve ever wondered why you’re brain feels ‘off’, you’re not alone! Luckily, there’s so much we can do to support it.
